Finance Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Finance Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes that will shape the financial health and growth of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the finance department's operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and investments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Oversee payroll processing aligning with labor laws and agency policies.
• Manage accounts payable, including the payment process for vendors, suppliers, and ensuring terms are met and relationships are maintained.
• Establish and maintain efficient systems for tracking and paying outgoings, optimizing cash flow management.
• Lead client financial communications, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and resolving billing discrepancies to maintain positive client relationships.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure prompt payment practices and effective cash flow management.
• Analyze financial transactions and reports, identifying areas for improvement in payment processes and vendor management.
• Collaborate closely with the procurement and project management teams to align financial operations with project budgets and timelines.
• Negotiate payment terms with vendors and suppliers to improve financial flexibility and efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and support to the agency's leadership, aiding in strategic decision-making and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, auditing standards, and tax laws, minimizing financial risk for the agency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and proactive financial management.

• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis, with a track record in strategic planning.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance management within a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex financial information for various stakeholders.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualifications like CPA, CMA, or ACCA are desirable.
• Deep understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and management best practices.
• Proficient in financial softwares like Zoho Books,  Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, capable of motivating and developing a finance team.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
